Who we are · Founded 2021

The team behind the mission.

A volunteer leadership team of dispatchers, supervisors, and public safety leaders who believe in strengthening the voice behind the call.

Leadership

Built by professionals, for the profession.

Gold Line Support™ was founded in 2021 to elevate recognition, support, and professional identity for public safety telecommunicators.

As we relaunch and expand nationally, we're building a leadership and advisory team of professionals who believe in strengthening the voice behind the call. Our team consists of dispatchers, supervisors, and public safety leaders who volunteer their time to grow the mission and support the emergency communications community.

Our structure

A flexible, collaborative organization.

Gold Line Support™ operates through a small volunteer leadership team responsible for guiding the mission, overseeing programs, and supporting the organization's growth.

As we grow, we intend to develop an advisory group of professionals from across the 911 community to provide industry insight, support program development, and expand our reach nationwide. The structure is intentionally flexible — built to adapt as new opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives emerge. All roles are volunteer-based and built around a shared commitment to elevating the voice behind every emergency call.

Join the team

Help grow the mission.

We welcome professionals from across the emergency communications community. Most participation is about 4–8 hours a month, with flexible expectations built around demanding schedules.

Thank you

We've received your interest in joining the team. A member of our leadership will follow up with next steps.
